- Annual Compliance Cost:
- i. SMSF Annual Accounting, tax return - $1,540+GST
- ii. Audit from independent auditor - $300-$400 (Auditor Fees)
- iii. The prices above are for SMSF with Two Members, One Bank Account, and One investment property only
- ESA (Electronic Service Address) - Where SMSF is receiving Contributions for Members - $100
- Property Investment via SMSF
- i. Setting up of Bare Trust with Corporate Trustee (includes Incorporation of Company) - $1,430
- ii. Stamping of Bare Trust Deed (Varies in different states) - OSR Fees $300 - $550 plus the Fees of Solicitor. (We will coordinate with Solicitors to get it done)
